Arguably, the most hardworking instrumental sessionist, Jimmy Sax (as he is known in the music community) has had more stints than anyone else after 20 years in the local music scene

In the early days, he was seen carrying his saxophone around the clubs and jamming with the bands to gain prominence. Now, as an acclaimed virtuoso he changed band outfits faster than anybody would change their undergarments

An impressive resume including:

• a stint at Hard Rock Beijing and almost every other clubs in Kuala Lumpur
• played alongside players such as Ernie Watts, Richard Elliot and highly acclaimed American jazz guitarist O'Donel Levy
• hired sessionist for top foreign and local artistes including The Stylistics, Vicky Dove, Anita Sarawak and Sheila Majid
• featured alongside top local singer Francisca Peters on instrumental for the patriotic song 'Setia' aired nightly over Radio Televisyen Malaysia
